What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a very powerful yet gentle tool that allows you to break away from established thought patterns in your mind, and unlock new perspectives and creativity. That is why it is so effective, and can create change far quicker than other sorts of therapy. It often builds on strengths and resources that you already have within you. Clients often find it a deeply relaxing and energising experience. In person centred therapy, collaboration is key.

Person centred, solution focused hypnotherapy and psychotherapy helps you feel calmer, clearer and more in control of your life in two steps.
Firstly it gives you the knowledge and the tools to find a place of space and calm. This is a key first step to help reduce stress, trauma, anxiety and burn out. It is very easy to forget what it feels like to be calm. As part of our initial sessions I will give you a recording to take home so that you can practice reclaiming and experiencing a feeling of peace and calm. In this stage, you are reclaiming some space, and gaining some clarity about where you are, and where you are going, in your own time.
Secondly, we build on this, and work together to establish what changes you would like to make, what might be standing in your way, and how we are going to get there. Everything we do is focused on you, your needs, your outcomes, your way.
Therapy can take place either at my home in Box, Wiltshire, within easy reach of Bath and Bristol, or online.
