If you are feeling a bit stuck, out of touch with where you want to be going, and feel like you are going round in circles, then you are in the right place. My therapy practice focuses on getting you back in touch with your core values, your body, your feelings, your sense of self. I have a particular specialism in working with professionals experiencing burn out, stress, exhaustion, anxiety and trauma. I have first hand experience of this, and know what it feels like to be just surviving, putting one foot in front of the other, not thriving. Hypnotherapy can help you:

I am trained in person centred, solution focused, hypnotherapy, which I deliver from my therapy room near Bath, or online. What this means is that we will work together to get to the bottom of what really makes you tick, your values, your driving forces, what challenges you, where it is that you want to go, and what may have knocked you off your desired path. I have been there before, and know the road map to get you where you want to be.

I am here to listen to you from a place of deep understanding, to really hear you, to create a protected space for you to explore what may be missing from your life, examine where the blockages may have been, and most importantly, support you in taking steps to actualise the life that you have always wanted.

I offer therapy, and one off 2.5 hour ‘breakthrough sessions’ from my home near Bath or online. Breakthrough sessions are brilliant if you aren’t quite ready to commit to therapy at the moment, but would like to carve out some time to explore the above, and get some tools to help you along the way.
